ADDITION OF 125,500 SQ FT CORE & SHELL SPACE TO EXISTING BUILDING 4 ON THE AVAGO CAMPUS. THE CORE & SHELL SPACE WILL INCLUDE A WAFFLE DECK CAPABLE OF HOUSING 3,500 SQ FT OF CLEAN ROOM (WITHIN THE CORE & SHELL) TO BE BUILT OUT IN A FUTURE PROJECT PHASE. This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 4380 ZIEGLER RD Fort Collins, CO has been inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 09/16/2014 and conditional upon the following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection. Utilities will perform periodic site inspections to ensure installation follows the approved plan. Zoning Final Requirements to be Completed By: 04/15/2016 09/04f2014 landscape bond reed 9142014 ok for tco w/conditions for CO: 1 site 8, elevation inspection 2. minor amend approval for MA140068. If such work is not completed within the time set forth above and approved on final inspection, or unless the time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a violation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land without a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. Such violation is subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per day for every day of violation. Construction powerrates may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled.
