Dear Sir,
Per the requirements of the City of Fort Collins Building Department, the footer and wall steel are in
compliance with the engineered foundation design, MIBAR Project #11382. All of the footings were
properly sized, placed and reinforced.
The concrete wall steel reinforcement at subject address was also to be in conformance with the engineered
foundation design requirements. All steel reinforcement and wall thicknesses were placed and/or sized
according to the design.
As per the open hole letter dated March 23, 2012 by Geoquest, perimeter drains are not required; therefore,
no waterproofing is required.
Foundation components are 8' from the property line meeting the setback requirement of 5'.
