by .ferry Davidson of Perception Design Group, they are proposing a 5000 sf Optometrist facility. The use
has a lower trip gereratim rate than the forecasted fetal use in the ortihal TFS, therefore no TIS is beW9
required. The vehicular portion of the T1S is waived for this use
