The blue is the typical submittal requirements. I've eliminated some department reviews as needed. Please resubmit the last letter with how you've addressed each comment (that is the Planning Response). Let me know when you plan to submit. We prefer the submittals to be done in person and we do not accept incomplete submittals, so please make sure you have everything required. Let me know if you have any questions. How many sets do you want? Also the utility plans are ready to re -submit. How many copies of those do you need? Thanks, JWD Jerry W. Davidson, P.E. There is also a TDR fee for final of $1000, that is an Engineering fee and is part of the TDR application form. The City's development review process is in 2 phases, PDP which goes to hearing, then Final Plan, each have fees associated with them. This is in the Development review guide as indicated at conceptual review. Yes the application form is the same as the previously submitted one. Drainage and Erosion Control Plan or Reports typically say `Preliminary" on them, for final we need those plans to be updated indicating any comments that were made during development review. Wes had a comment in the letter about addressing flows on the southern edge of the property at final. This needs to be addressed in the Drainage Report for final. If there were no comments on the erosion control plan, then please submit a new one with preliminary taken off of it, or if Wes is ok with using the previously submitted plan, it is fine with me. Either you or I can email him to ask if you like, let me know if you want me to check with him. I've already talked to Micah about the Mineral Rights Certification, so we're taken care of there. I apologize if my email took you by surprise. Please let me know if you need any further clarification. How much more review fee do you need? Is it $5.00 or $500. Is the application form the same one we submitted originally? The Drainage and Erosion Control box is circled. We have previously submitted a drainage letter. There was no mention of a requirement for an erosion control report in the comments. We provided an erosion control plan and I don't believe there were any comments made on it. Do we need to notify mineral holders on this site? Would that not have been before the hearing if required?
