The above site was personally inspected on Dec. 29, 2011. The site indicates the existing
window that is to be removed and replaced with an approved "egress window" is located
on the East side'(either the north or south opening, as yet undecided) of the house. The fl,�
existing window has a wooden sill plate and rim joist. The foundation surrounding the
opening is concrete covered with stucco. The siding above is wood. Proper installation
of the new window will require that no damage be done to the sill plate and joist: No
other structural concerns are foreseen and is therefore approved for replacement.
