As a home owner in the old town area I am writing you to voice my approval for the development at 716
Maple st. The development is thoughtful in its approach, well designed and beneficial to the surrounding
neighborhood. Ft. Collins is attractive to people who want bike friendly neighborhoods, stores within
walking distance and good public schools. This heightened focus on community helps foster a market
for efficient homes and smart building practices, all focused on building better communities and what
makes Ft. Collins great.

I am a nearby neighbor of the devlopments on Maple St. 716 Maple should be allowed to go
through so the building can not be a misfit in the area. Furthermore I really appreciate that
someone is trying to update the area in a tastful manner. Lastly, it is important to keep people
working in our community and this project is a positive project in my neighborly opinion.
Please count this email as a positive opinion in support of 716 Maple St at tonight's meeting.
