All comments must be received by Steve Olt no later than the staff
review meeting:
Wednesday, January 28, 1998
-No connection may be made to a water service from the water main to a point 5' downstream of
the meter pit. Define this distance on landscape and site plan for irrigation point of connection.
-Provide the required landscape/utility separations on the landscape plans.
-A 1" water service is shown on the overall utility plan and a V/2" service is shown on the site
and landscape plan. Coordinate the landscape design with the civil design.
-Provide stationing for sanitary sewer service measured from downstream manhole.
-Include standard sanitary sewer service detail on detail sheet.
