Collins, Colorado 2. "The project schedule is wrong. Instead of using named months (April, May, etc.) use month 1, 2, 3, etc. Also, there appears to be several BMP's on the schedule that are not on the plan? " R. Acknowledged: Done. 3. "What is the plan for protecting the construction in the detention pond area north of the cul de sac? " R. Silt fence will be placed between the concrete walk and the detention pond to protect the pond from on -site construction. Within the detention pond wattles have been placed to prevent erosion until the slopes are stabilized with seeding. All storni sewer outlets have riprap protection to prevent erosion from stoimwater. 4. "The calculations need to be redone when the plan is revised. " R. Acknowledged: The calculations have been revised. 5. "This project may require a 404 permit, please contact the Corps of Engineers and discuss the matter with them. " R. 404 permits are required for projects disturbing wetland areas greater than half (1/2) an acre. This project is not disturbing a wetland area greater than half an acre. In fact, the entire area of disturbance from the east end of the proposed culvert on park's property to the expansion of the water quality pond is approximately 0.19 acres, which is less than 0.50 acres. We trust that this response has addressed all of the staffs latest specific comments and concerns. We have met individually with all departments and we have settled most issues face to face. We believe that all the technical issues have been addressed and we are submitting mylars at this time. Page 2 July 27, 2004 Project No: 1558-02-01 City of Fort Collins Stormwater P.O. Box 580 Ft.
