violation of the following section(s) of the City of Fort Collins Land Use Code:
2 14 6 (A)
Description of Violation:
It was recently discovered that 11 trees to the west of the King Sooper's unloading docks were never
installed as required to the landscape plan for "Store No. 9 Addition and Removal" for King Sooper's
enlargement in 1998-1999. These trees were to be installed for the screening of the docking area.
Irrigation to these trees is also required.
Please investigate and assure compliance no later than February 28, 2008. For questions call Gary at

Please have these zoning code violations corrected by 02/29/2008.
If you cannot comply within this time limit, please contact this office and explain any mitigating circumstances you
feel may be cause for an extension. Please be advised that failure to comply can result in a court summons requesting
your appearance in Municipal Court As a misdemeanor, a maximum of $1000.00 per day of violation can be
imposed
