This letter is to sen a as notice that T=Mobile is submitting a Development Review Application for the,
installation of a Stealth TeleconuuumicationFacilit% near the intersection of Taft Hill and Elizabeth behind.
the King Soopers shopping center,(CedarWood Plaza).. The proposed structure will resemble existing light
poles in the surrounding area. The �isual impact will be nnin innal due to the stealth light pole design. The
required'radio/electrical equipment will be located near the base of the pole on a'10' x 24`concrete slab._
Wand enclosed ��`ithin a cedar fence, T-Mobile is seeking a comm�ui ication site ii this area to sen a the "
traveling public along Taft Hill & Elizabeth as well as the surrounding residential/conniniercial'properties.
The proposed facility was reviei-ved before the Preliuinan Design ReN cvv Team on October 30-2006.
Siting Practices:
In siting a new installation. a wireless communications provider requires a location that is teclmicath "
compatible with the established network. A general area is identified based upon engineering constraints
and the desired area of ser6ce. Specific locations nwitliin tlI, general.area-will be e� alnated using the
following criteria (not,necessarily in order of priorih`): topography: a-vailability of road access. electrical' "
power, land based telepinoue lines; leasable lannds; availability- of suitable existing structure for antenna
mounting: opportunities to mitigate possible visual impact-, screening potential of existing -vegetation.
