These have already been discussed individually as separate comments, but I wanted to summarize them so that it is very clear what needs to be done before Engineering can allow- the project to go to a public hearing. As you know, all row, easements and offsite issues must be resolved BEFORE the project is approved, not after. This basically means the horizontal design must be set. 1. Offsite drainage is shown on the north end of Falcon Drive. This is a repeat comment from the last round where I asked that they show where the water is draining and that a letter of intent be provided from the effected Paee 6 goes through and the lot owner wants additional driveway access - this vay ll p they won't have to replat).
