observations for the home at Lot 11, Block 2, Trail Head Subdivision, 944 Campfire
Drive, Fort Collins, Larimer County, CO.

To Whom It May Concern:
We made an observation of the foundation wall reinforcement on December 19, 2011 at
the above -described site. The reinforcement appeared to be placed in general
conformance to the approved plans.
The Ufer-ground was observed during the foundation wall reinforcement observation
performed on December 19, 2011. The concrete -encased electrode was installed in
general conformance to 1999 NEC, Article 250-50. .
