The type of dividing structure between the property and our neighborhood (will it block noise, lights, trash bins, etc.) 2. Will there be landscaping between our neighborhood and the property that will be aesthetically pleasing and help block noise? 3. How is overflow parking going to be controlled to not block access to our homes? 4. With the amount of traffic, will a traffic light be installed at Rule Drive and Lemay Avenue for access?
