Dear Mr. Kulbeck:
We have reviewed your photographs of portions of the foundation wall reinforcing placed in the
forms for the addition being constructed on the east side of the above referenced residence. It is our
opinion the reinforcement appears to be in general conformance with our Foundation Plan, Project
Number 1427-54-01 A.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the
