To Whom it May Concern,
In reference to building permit number B1101185, I am requesting that the permit be re -opened
and final inspection scheduled. I am also requesting that a code variance be granted for two
separate issues.
1. Toilet placed 11" from side wall, code requires 15" but I was not informed during rough
in phase, only upon final inspection.
2. Shower stall is 27"deep, Code requires 30" 1 was also not informed of this during rough
in phase and was granted rough plumbing pass.
This property will be sold in the near future, I appreciate any leniency that can be granted. -
