This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2009 International Residential Code Section R105.1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the construction of a porch enclosure / remodel at the above referenced
address without the proper permits in place prior to work commencing.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:
