The concerns I see, assuming Grape Street is to remain City owned property are: 1) The placement of trash enclosures (far right) for the development within the City owned Grape Street. 2) The utilization of a portion of the City owned Grape Street for a fast food drive aisle (far left). 3) Who should be responsible for maintaining Grape Street as a result? (Paul if the City should have to take maintenance responsibilities, I'd presume it would have to be only for a portion, not the fast food drive aisle and trash enclosures. The drawings have been awkward in this regard as they have not been labeling Grape Street and its City ownership and with its utilization by the developer would make it appear that they have rights and permission to do so. It is interesting in that the drawing shown with the fast food drive aisle (not the trash enclosure) was presented at P&Z, though without any indication that this occurs on Grape Street. Ultimately the design and use of Grape Street I don't think is my privy as it's apparently not City right-of- way, but land the City owns. Verification on whether these are concerns should perhaps be solidified in advance of next Wednesday. Thanks! -Marc
