Marc - the DA is sitting on my desk. Paul has approved it to form but I hung on to it to make sure the
purchase and sale documents agreed with what was in the DA. Helen and I finished up the draft
transaction documents about two weeks ago, and I assume she sent them on to Lucia for review. Haven't
heard anything since then.

Hi all,
I'm looking to verify what the present status is on the Grape Street conveyance/closing. Steve Olt was
informed by Blaine with Loveland Commercial that they will have final site plan mylar documents delivered
soon, with apparently the implication that the recordation of the drawings be done as soon as possible.
With that implied, Steve and I thought we should check on the closing status of the conveyance of Grape
Street as we're certainly not looking to record anything until that's completed.
Ingrid, I'm assuming the development agreement is still in your hands (or Paul's) awaiting the closing?
Helen, the construction mylars clearly show that the City retained portion of Grape Street no longer has
walls, trash enclosures, or any other structure.
