The above referenced property is located in the Harmony Corridor (HC) zoning district. The
property's use is permitted as a light industrial use in the HC zoning district. The only adjoining
properties not within the HC zoning district are to the north and are located in the Residential
Low -Density (R-L) and Urban Estate (UE) zoning districts.
There have been several City project reviews/approval as Planned Unit Developments (PUDs),
Planned Development Projects (PDPs) and minor amendments to these. As there are several
of these contained on large 24"x 36" documents (such as plats, site plans, etc.) please contact
