RE: Letter of Intent to Demolish 626/628 and 634 W. Prospect Rd.
Dear Sandy,
This letter shall serve as the property owners of record, CSU Research Foundation, notice
of our intent to demolish the following properties:
1. 626/628 W. Prospect Rd — Residential Duplex structure
2. Garage/Shed structure outbuilding at 626/628 W. Prospect
3. 634 W. Prospect — Residential Single Family structure
4. Garage/Shed structure at 634 W. Prospect
We have contracted with Barker Construction Company Inc. to perform this work, and
they are authorized to proceed with this work at their earliest convenience.
Attached please find the email from Josh Weinberg, Preservation Planner, confirming the
structures are not available for designation as Fort Collins Landmarks. The completion
of the 10 day appeal period after posting of the properties for notice of demolition was
completed no later than 10/15/13.
