Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing sizes at the foundation repair under construction at the
above referenced location.
It is our opinion that the footing sizes and widths were in general conformance with the
foundation plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, llc. Project number 50-01-11-01 dated September
8, 2010.

We have visually observed the wall steel reinforcing placed in the forms of the foundation wall
repair under construction at the above referenced location.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was placed in general conformance with the foundation
plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, llc. Project number 50-01-11-01 dated September 8, 2010.
