You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins
The 2009 International Residential Code Section R105 1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the installation of a wood burning stove in the detached garage at the
above referenced address without a permit in place prior to the installation
These Code violations shall be corrected by
3/16/2011
If you can not comply within the time limit specified please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of $1000 00 per
day per violation
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered you will be issued a
court summons w ithout further notification
