On July 28, 29, August 6 and 10, 2010, a representative of Weeks & Associates
observed footings and foundation wall steel for the garage, rear porch and front porch
additions at the referenced site. Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation
steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan
for the project by Weeks & Associates.
