Below is a list of news rack locations by publication type and the corresponding fee
amounts for the 2008 — 2009 season. Thank you for your patience this last year. We

'Please note that your issue date for the 2008 — 2009 news rack permits was July 30,
2008. These permits will expire on July 30, 2009. You will need to reapply before the
expiration date to keep your publication in its current location.
Permits are available online at http //www fcgov com/engineering/pdf/newspaper pdf
Also, just a reminder that along with the applications, you will need to submit a signed
indemnification form (included with this invoice) and provide proof of insurance.
