Enclosed you will find a copy of the invoice we sent to you for payment. The
invoice was returned due to a wrong address and resent and possibly ended up
at the wrong location again. I am resending it one more time to the new
address listed above.
The invoice is for news rack permits from July 2008-2009. I know you may not
have received any of the previous invoices, but I am asking that you please pay
as soon as possible. I am also enclosing a new permit application so that you
can reapply before your July 2009 deadline.
