Childsafe has signed a lease agreement for the above referenced property and part of the
lease agreement allows them to obtain signage as permitted by the City of Fort Collins
Therefore, as the Landlord we approve the new eigns that are being proposed by Childsafe so
long as tliey meet City requirements
