To whom it may comccxn:
I visited the home under consuwdon in December 2009 and January 2010.
Footing forming and releforcins were inspected December 30, 2009.
Wall forming and reinforriug were inspected Deemer 31, 2009.
Wall damp -proofing and perimeter drainage system were inspected on January 4, 2010.
All work was m accordance with design documents. The perimcter drainage system was
stubbed below the footing and will be connected to float controlled sump pump.
