Northern Colorado Geotech Project No. c002-11
On March 16 and 18, 2011 a representative of Northern Colorado Geotech performed a reinforcing
wall steel observation at the above referenced project in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The placement of rebar reinforcement within the foundation wall appeared to be in general
accordance with the project plans and specifications.
Additionally, we observed that UFER grounding rebar was incorporated within the foundation wall.
