The above site was personally inspected on May 6 2010 The site indicates the existing
windows that are to be removed and replaced with an approved egress window are
located on the front southeast corner and the west middle window of the house The
existing windows have a wooden header covered by stucco type material The new
egress window will require no disturbance to this existing header and is therefore
approved for replacement
The foundation wall is concrete but creates no problems structurally if the window
opening is enlarged as the header is adequate to carry the resulting loads without further
reinforcement
