On February 7, 2011, a representative of Northern Colorado Geotech performed drilled pier
observations for the community center building and the associated garage under construction at the
above referenced project in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The drilled piers were observed for pier diameter, length, bearing strata, plumb, and condition. Piers
were observed to be 10-inch diameter and approximately 33 feet in length. Minimal groundwater was
encountered in various piers. The groundwater was removed, the piers were cleaned and placement
of concrete was being performed as each pier was drilled. Rebar reinforcing was observed to be in
accordance with the project plans and specifications._ .It is our :opinion that the drilled piers were
constructed in general accordance with the geotechnical engineering report recommendations
(Northern Colorado Geotech Project No. 071=09, dated November 18, 2009) and the engineered
foundation plans for the project.

On February 17, 2011 a representative of Northern Colorado Geotech performed a reinforcing wall
steel observation at the above referenced project in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The placement :of rebar reinforcement within the foundation wall appeared to be in general
accordance with the project plans and specifications.
Additionally, we observed that UFER grounding rebar was incorporated within the foundation wall.
