I would like to request a reinstatement of Building Permit Application #B05001.95 that I
originally applied for on January 14, 2005.

plain issue) required several meetings with represcntative3 at the Storm and Wastewater
Management Office. For my proposed addition to meet current code for flood water
elevations, we went through several rounds of redrawing and replanning the below -
ground portion of the proposed stnicturc. Additionally, the schedule of the person who
assisted me with the drawings became very busy during the spring building season which
also contributed to the expiration of the permit before I could get final approval from
your office.
Thank you for considering my request to reinstate my building permit application.
