Subject: Building permit # B0904931 - request for extention
To whom it may concern:
We are the new owners of 818 Breakwater Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
We moved into the house end of November 2009.
The previous owner has replaced the roof last August. Building permit # is B0904931.
Obviously, he never has set up the final inspection since we received a letter yesterday with a permit
expiration final reminder, saying the permit will expire February 14. We were not aware of the fact that the
required City inspection was not scheduled by the previous owner.
Since the roof is currently slightly icy, I would like to request an extention of 180 days for the required City
inspection.
This will allow us to schedule the inspection for this Spring, once the ice and snow has cleared.
