You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2003 International Residential Code Section 105.1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the replacement of the shingles on the house at the above referenced
address without a permit in place prior to the work being done.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 1 1 /�9/?(1O9
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per
day per violation.
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered, you will be issued a
court summons without Rirther notification.
