You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of For! Collins:
THE 2003 INTERNATIONAL, RESIDENTIAL CODE SECTION R105;1
INSTALLATION OF ANEW ROOF AT THE ABOVE REFERENCED ADDRESS
WITHOUT A PERMIT.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 08/13/20.05
If you cannot comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of S1000.00 per
day per violation.
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered, you will be issued a
court summons without further notification.
