The signage proposal described below has been reviewed in accordance with the Fort
Collins Landmark Ordinance (Section 14-49, Signs.), and found to be in substantial
conformance with the adopted Guidelines for such proposals. This Report of Acceptability
is authorization to issue a permit for the sign(s), in accordance with the Fort Collins Sign
Code (Chapter 29). Attached to this report are the plan specifications for the sign
proposal.
