According to Section 95-15, Code of the City of
Fort Collins, you may not place any obstruction upon
any public place within the city.
You are entitled to one sidewalk sale per year,
provided that you obtain a permit from the,office of
Community Development prior to such sale.
This is notice to discontinue immediately the
continuous sidewalk sales you are conducting at 648
South College Avenue..
