This unit was rated from plans with rater issuing memo stating it would comply on 21 July 2003,
providing it was built to plans and specifications provided rater, and provided the materials were
installed correctly. It is an interior unit, a two story style unit, the second from the left/south end
of a four unit east facing building.
The slope of the land allows for a walk -out basement. Basement is full frame at rear elevation.
Upper level has Trex deck above lower level patio. Subject has Lennox Elite series closed
combustion furnace, model G51MP-036B-070-01 and Rheem 50-gallon water heater, model
21 V50-4. The basement is unfinished. Vinyl faced fiberglass blankets were spec'd to be
installed on the exterior (non -common) unfinished, non -frame walls of the basement. At the
initial inspection on 3 February this detail was missed. On this date at Reinspection is has been
completed. The rim insulation is R-13. A radon system is installed. Attic access is in garage, not
weather stripped (doesn't need to be in that location).
This unit is substantially built to the plans and specifications and meets the Fort Collins' Energy
Code. Please do not withhold issuance of the certificate of occupancy (CO) for non-compliance
with the Energy Code.
