This observation was performed on January 3, & January 4, 2005. It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. "NEO" 5028, Partial Basement. This observation was performed on December 28, 2004. It is our opinion that the footing and pad form widths and steel reinforcing were in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. "NEO" 5028, Partial Basement. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements.
