Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the, ,forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 5, Block 17, West Chase, 6315 Treestead,' subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on January 3, & January 4, 2005.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by Cobb Associates, Plan No. "NEO" 5028, Partial Basement.

Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footin rms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 5,
Block 17, West Chase, 6315 Treestead subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation
was performed on December 28, 2004.
It is our opinion that the footing and pad form widths and steel reinforcing were in general
conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. "NEO" 5028, Partial
Basement.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
