Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 25, Block 14, West Chase (6308 Tilden Street), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on October 25, 2004.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 6402070.

We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot
25, Block 14, West Chase (6308 Tilden), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on October 21, 2004,
It is our opinion that the form widths and steel reinforcing for the footings and pads were in
general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 6402070.
No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing
locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
