As you are are, a permit was issued to install a new HVAC system in
the Northpointe Community Church building on the corner of Remington
and Magnolia in Fort Collins. The unit which was installed weighs 175
pounds. Prior to installation, I conducted a structural analysis and
concluded that the existing structure is adequate to support this additional
