FOOTING, STEEL PLACEMENT AND FOUNDATION FORMING INSPECTION:
LOCATION OF INSPECTION: 4226 Westbrook Drive
A inspection was performed on or about this date on the open excavation of the home to
be located at the above address, to determine the soil conditions, footing widths,
foundation widths, steel placement, and concrete forms did concur with the building
permit approve set of plans at the site.
The inspection reveled thafall visible conditions at the site did concur with the approved
plans and specifications, and our inspector did approve the placement of concrete.
The approval of placement of concrete does not certify that we have knowledge of the
quality of concrete placed nor the method of placement of such concrete.
