This letter is in reference to the above -mentioned project.
20 Feb. 2004
Per a request from the contractor, Delehoy Construction, I made a site inspection visit on 19 Feb. 2004 at
2:15 P.M. to verify footing sizes and rebar placement. I am writing to indicate that the foundation forms
and rebar were placed in accordance with the foundation plans which were prepared by A.R.G. Engineers
& Associates. Concrete was placed in the footing forms at approximately 3:30 P.M. that afternoon.
