Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 20, Block 16, West Chase, (6227 Treestead Court), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on April 8, 2004.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. "NEO" 5028 Elevation D, Full Basement 3-car option.
