Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot
20, Block 16, West Chase, (6227 Treestead Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on April 2, 2004.
It is our opinion that the form widths and steel reinforcing for the footings and pads were in
general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. "NEO" 5028
Elevation D, Full Basement. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing,
wall or pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
