Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 18, Block 14, West Chase, (6408 Tilden Street), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on June 9, 2004.
It is our opinion that the wall reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation
plan, drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 5019.
