Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing f s placed at the residence under construction at Lot
18, Block 14, West Chase, (6408 Tilden , a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on June 4, 2004.
It is our opinion that the form widths and steel reinforcing for the footings and pads were in
general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by COBB Association Plan No. 6400820,
and letter dated June 4, 2004. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below
footing, wall or pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
