You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2003 International Residential Code Section 105.1 regarding the construction of an -
overhead patio cover at the address referenced above without a permit in place prior to
the work being done.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 01/22/2009
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances', you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise
you will be served a courtsummons and be subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per
day per, violation.
Be advised that if future violations' of this nature are discovered, you will, be issued a.
court summons without furfher notification.
