A representative of Terracon observed the interior and exterior footing sizes and wall
steel reinforcement for the above referenced address on September 7 and 8, 2004, as
requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the interior and
exterior footing sizes and wall steel placements were in general accordance with the
plans for this project.
