Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 17, Block 16, West Chase, (6308 Clymer Circle), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on April 20, 2004.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 5022.
