You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
THE 1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE SECTION 106.1 REGARDING THE RE-
CONSTRUC`.TION OF A WOODEN SECOND STORY DECK ON THE WEST SIDE.
OF THE EXISTING HOME AT THE ABOVE REFERENCED ADDRESS WITHOUT
A PROPER PERMIT IN PLACE. TO DATE THERE IS NO PERMIT FOR SAID
STRUCTURE.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 11/26/2004
If you cannot comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of s1000.00 per
day per violation_
Be advised that if future violations of. this nature are discovered, you will be issued a
court summons without further notification.
